How long is the in-person CPR and First Aid class?
About 3.5 hours, including the hands-on skills assessment.
Can I take CPR and First Aid online?
Yes. When you sign up, pick a time for your 30-minute in-person skills assessment. Finish the ProTrainings online course and test within the 7 days before it, then come in. If you won't be done in time, you can reschedule. Don't finish the online test more than 7 days early: ProTrainings won't extend it, and you would need to buy the online course again. Your certification is finished after the skills assessment.
Do you cover adult, child and infant CPR?
Yes. Our CPR covers adults, children and infants. You can take First Aid and CPR together, CPR only, or First Aid only.
What if the class is full?
You can join the waitlist. If another instructor signs up, you move into the class in the order you joined. If it stays full, we move you to the next class, or refund you (minus the non-refundable processing fee) if you prefer.
What is the refund policy?
You can get a refund up to 7 days before your class, minus the processing fee, which is non-refundable. Class dates can't be moved, but if you miss your class you can switch to the online course.
Who can take the class?
Anyone 18 or older. Bring a photo ID.
